Anjali’s approach to movement seamlessly integrates classical Pilates, yoga and mobility techniques with low-impact cardio and strength training.

Inspired by slow resistance training theory, she helps you build muscle – without bulking – and enhance endurance while maintaining mobility.

Building in time for recovery, mindfulness and breathwork is also an essential component of her approach. 

Anjali supports her clients to overcome mindset challenges and obstacles they may be facing in their wellbeing journey. She believes movement and wellness routines should fit around busy lives, not dictate them.

My body transformed when I stopped excessive amounts of cardio, high-impact workouts that stressed my joints and yo-yo dieting. My mindset also dramatically shifted. Instead of worrying how much I weigh and counting calories, now I focus on the positives: nourishing body and spirit, investing in health and longevity,  gratitude practice and integrating nature and breath into movement.

Whether you prefer group sessions or private classes, I offer Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training and Lagree (or a mix) in person and online.
