With Masters degrees from Oxford University and Sciences Po Paris, Anjali began her career as a corporate lawyer in London before relocating to Paris, France. After volunteering in West Africa, Anjali specialised in human rights and justice.

Though I enjoyed great academic and professional success, I never really felt “well”. I experienced fluctuating weight and body confidence issues, chronic back pain, skin disorders and episodes of anxiety, depression and burnout.

Anjali’s path to physical wellness began in 2019, after being diagnosed with a serious back condition. She worked with Elie Taieb, an excellent physiotherapist in Paris, to build core strength and heal her back pain without medication or surgery.

After practising yoga since childhood, in 2020 Anjali embarked on the Teacher Training to deepen her understanding of body and mind. Anjali also transformed her approach to nutrition and sleep, beauty and skincare, and discovered Lagree, an intense but effective complement to her yoga practice to build muscular strength and endurance.

Embracing movement has been my medicine. I have never felt stronger, more in touch with and more confident in my body. Now I want to share what I have learned to empower my clients to be the strongest, most confident versions of themselves.

Anjali continued doing Pilates, Yoga and Lagree through the COVID-19 pandemic, during an active and healthy pregnancy and progressively reintroduced movement through a challenging post-partum period.

Staying consistent with movement through these life transitions, and tapping into powerful Breathwork practices, has been transformative for Anjali’s mental and physical health.
